Everlast Productions partnered with Liberty Mutual to produce the 2026 President’s Award, transforming the general session into an immersive coastal-inspired experience that celebrated the company’s top performers. Centered around a custom surf shop environment, the stage blended scenic fabrication, dynamic LED content, and live production to create an engaging setting that reflected the destination while elevating the business meeting.

From concept execution through show delivery, Everlast managed the complete technical production, integrating staging, scenic, lighting, audio, video, LED displays, show calling, and production logistics into one seamless experience. Every production element worked together to support keynote presentations, executive messaging, and recognition moments while delivering a polished, high-impact environment from rehearsals through the final session.

Everlast’s scope spanned general session production, stage and scenic production, audio production, video and LED displays, lighting design and production, show calling, production management, and event logistics and technical integration in Dana Point, California.
