The2026 Broadway Across America Theatrical Conference brought over 250 producers,presenters, and artists to Miami for an exclusive preview of upcoming Broadwayand touring productions. Designed as both a showcase and industry forum, theevent blended live performances, thought leadership, and networking into adynamic, multi-environment experience. Everlast Productions led full-scaleproduction, transforming the conference into a cohesive, elevated event.

Everlastdesigned and executed three distinct environments: a main conference stagebuilt for seamless transitions between live performances and speaker sessions,a high-energy takeover of Club LIV for a private after-party headlinedby John Legend, and an outdoor poolside cocktail reception featuring acustom stage and ambient production. Each space was crafted to feel uniquewhile maintaining a consistent production standard throughout.

Across all environments, Everlast delivered staging, lighting, audio, video, rigging,and show management, executing multiple activations simultaneously with precision. The result was a fully immersive, production-driven experience that elevated the conference beyond a traditional industry gathering and reinforced Broadway Across America’s role in shaping the future of live entertainment.
