Poly-Tak Carpet Protection:

At many of the hotels we service, Poly-Tak (or equivalent) carpet protection is required for
load in and load out of all events.  We recommend Poly-Tak for every event because it
reduces the chances that the hotel carpet will be damaged.  At many of the hotels
we service, we can provide you with a crew and Poly-Tak for your load in and load
out at reasonable flat rates:

Equipment not required in our hotel contract will only be provided with your approval.

In many of the hotels we support, we exclusively provide chain hoists. 
In other hotels, we provide them only as requested by our clients. 
Please provide us with an approximate count of hoists required for your event so we can
provide you with a cost estimate for your review. 
If chain hoists are provided by any vendor other than ELP, you must provide us
with a current Load Test Certificate for each hoist prior to load in.
